This 5 Ingredient Chicken Alfredo Bake is a creamy, comforting pasta casserole made with tender chicken, Alfredo sauce, and melted cheese. Perfect for quick weeknight dinners.
Ingredients
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
12 oz penne or rotini pasta
2 cups Alfredo sauce
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a baking dish.
2. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente and drain well.
3. In a large bowl combine cooked pasta, shredded chicken, and Alfredo sauce.
4. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
5. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top.
6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until the cheese melts and becomes bubbly.
7. Let the casserole rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Rotisserie chicken works great for this recipe.
Add broccoli or spinach for extra nutrition.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
