1 cup egg whites
1 cup sugar
1 cup cake flour

1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup lemon curd
2 cups fresh berries
Instructions
1. Preheat oven and prepare ungreased tube pan
2. Whip egg whites until foamy
3. Gradually add sugar and beat to soft peaks
4. Fold in sifted flour gently
5. Bake until golden and cool upside down
6. Top with lemon curd and fresh berries before serving

Use room temperature egg whites
Do not grease the pan
