1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups cooked pasta (or diced potatoes)

2 cups tomato sauce

1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)

Salt to taste

Black pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil (if needed)


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and sauté chopped onion until softened.

3. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

4. Add ground beef and cook until fully browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.

5. Drain excess grease from the skillet.

6. Stir in tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
