Ingredients
1 lb ground beef (80/20 recommended)
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup tomato sauce or beef broth
2 cups cooked pasta or rice
1 1/2 cups freshly shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef.
2. Brown the beef without stirring too often to develop flavor.
3. Add diced onion and garlic, then cook until softened.
4. Season with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
5. Pour in tomato sauce or broth and simmer for 5 minutes.
6. Stir in cooked pasta or rice until evenly combined.
7. Reduce heat and add shredded cheese.
8. Stir gently until cheese melts completely.
9. Serve immediately while warm and creamy.

Use freshly shredded cheese for smoother melting.
