Description
A warm and fluffy chocolate chip protein pancake bowl made in minutes. Perfect for a healthy, high-protein breakfast or post-workout snack.
Ingredients
1/3 cup oat flour (or quick oats)
1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 egg (or flax egg)
2–3 tbsp milk of choice
1 tsp maple syrup or mashed banana
1–2 tbsp mini chocolate chips
Optional toppings: peanut butter, Greek yogurt, fruit
Instructions
1. Lightly grease a microwave-safe bowl.
2. Mix oat flour, protein powder, and baking powder.
3. Add egg, milk, and sweetener. Stir until smooth.
4. Fold in chocolate chips.
5. Microwave for 60–90 seconds until set.
6. Let cool slightly, then add toppings and enjoy.
Notes
Add more milk if batter seems too thick.
Use Greek yogurt instead of protein powder for a natural protein source.
Top with bananas or nut butter for flavor and fullness.
