Ingredients
3 cups cooked shredded chicken 8 oz cream cheese, softened 1 can cream of chicken soup 2 cups cooked pasta or rice 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp onion powder Salt and pepper to taste 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13” baking dish. 2. In a skillet, melt cream cheese with cream of chicken soup over medium heat until smooth. 3. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper. 4. Fold in shredded chicken and cooked pasta or rice. 5. Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and smooth out the top. 6. Top with shredded cheese if using. 7. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden. 8. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken to save time. Sub cauliflower rice for a low-carb version. Store leftovers in the fridge up to 3 days.
