Description
A quick and creamy garlic butter chicken recipe with juicy pan-seared breasts simmered in a rich garlic cream sauce.
Ingredients
2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts (sliced in half) 2 tbsp olive oil 3 tbsp unsalted butter, divided 4 garlic cloves, minced 1 cup heavy cream ½ cup chicken broth Salt and pepper to taste 1 tsp paprika Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Pat chicken dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. 2. Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. 3. Sear chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove from pan. 4. Lower heat. Add 2 tbsp butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds. 5. Pour in chicken broth and cream, stir to deglaze pan. 6. Simmer sauce for 3–5 minutes to thicken. 7. Return chicken to skillet. Spoon sauce over and simmer 2–3 minutes. 8. Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
Slice chicken thin for even cooking. Add Parmesan for a cheesy twist. Serve over pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes.
