Description

Crispy garlic herb chicken tenders that are juicy inside, golden outside, and bursting with garlic and herb flavor. Easy to bake, fry, or air fry.


Ingredients

1 lb chicken tenderloins

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

2 eggs, beaten

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp dried oregano

1/2 tsp dried thyme

1/2 tsp dried parsley

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp olive oil or cooking spray (for baking/air frying)


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 425°F or air fryer to 400°F.

2. Pat chicken tenderloins dry.

3. In one bowl, mix flour with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and herbs.

4. In a second bowl, beat eggs.

5. In a third bowl, mix breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese.

6. Dredge chicken in flour, dip in egg, then coat with breadcrumb mix.

7. Place on lined baking sheet or air fryer basket.

8. Bake 18–20 minutes or air fry 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.

9. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Use fresh herbs if available for brighter flavor.

Parmesan adds crispiness and umami don’t skip it.

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat in air fryer.
