Ingredients
1 lb chicken tenders 1 cup panko breadcrumbs 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp paprika Salt and pepper to taste Cooking spray or oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with foil and a wire rack. Pat chicken tenders dry and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Set up breading stations with flour, beaten eggs, and panko. Dredge each tender in flour, dip in egg, then coat with panko. Place tenders on the rack, spray lightly with oil. Bake for 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway. Broil for 1–2 minutes for extra crisp if desired. Serve hot with dipping sauces.
