Description
This crockpot turkey chili is a cozy, healthy dinner packed with lean protein, beans, and bold flavor. Set it and forget it comfort food!
Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 can black beans, drained
1 can fire-roasted diced tomatoes
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Brown ground turkey with onion and garlic.
2. Add all ingredients to the crockpot.
3. Stir to combine.
4. Cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
5. Taste and adjust seasoning.
6. Serve with toppings of choice.
Notes
Customize with jalapeños or corn for added flavor.
Make it low-carb by skipping beans and using more veggies.
Leftovers freeze well for up to 3 months.
