Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup diced bell peppers
1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes, drained
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
3. Drain excess grease and return beef to skillet.
4. Stir in diced onion and cook for 3 minutes until softened.
5. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
6. Mix in bell peppers and diced tomatoes.
7. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
8. Simmer for 5–8 minutes until flavors combine.
