1.5 lbs boneless chicken thighs 4 garlic cloves, minced 3 tbsp butter 1 tbsp olive oil 1/2 tsp paprika Salt and pepper to taste Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces and pat dry. 2. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. 3. Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. 4. Add chicken and sear until golden brown. 5. Add garlic and stir 30 seconds. 6. Reduce heat and add butter. Stir until coated. 7. Serve hot with garnish.
Notes
