Description
Juicy garlic butter shrimp skewers packed with flavor, quick to cook and perfect as an appetizer or light meal.
Ingredients
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 tbsp butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped
Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat or oven to 400°F.
2. In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, and seasonings.
3. Add shrimp and toss to coat evenly.
4. Thread shrimp onto skewers.
5. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side on grill or 8–10 minutes in oven.
6. Brush extra garlic butter while cooking.
7. Remove when shrimp turn pink and opaque.
8. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
Do not overcook shrimp to keep them juicy.
Soak wooden skewers before grilling.
Add chili flakes for spice variation.
