Ingredients
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp butter or olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: spinach, mushrooms, fresh parsley
Instructions
1. In a large pot, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
2. Add chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
3. Stir in shredded chicken and season with salt and pepper.
4. Reduce heat and slowly add the heavy cream.
5. Gradually stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
6. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
7. Add optional spinach or mushrooms and cook for 5 more minutes.
8. Serve hot, garnished with parsley or extra cheese.

For a keto-friendly version, use cream cheese instead of flour.
