Description

Ground Beef and Noodles One Pot is a creamy, comforting one-dish meal that comes together in under 30 minutes with pantry staples and rich savory flavor.

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (85/15 preferred)

2 cups egg noodles (uncooked)

1 small onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 ½ cups beef broth

½ cup milk

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

½ tsp paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: ½ cup shredded cheddar or frozen peas

Instructions

1. In a large pot or deep skillet, brown ground beef over medium-high heat until fully cooked; drain excess fat.

2. Add diced onion and garlic; sauté for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.

3. Stir in paprika, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.

4. Pour in beef broth and milk; bring to a gentle boil.

5. Add uncooked egg noodles; reduce heat to medium.

6. Simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender and most of the liquid is absorbed (about 10–12 minutes).

7. If using cheese or peas, stir them in during the last 2 minutes of cooking.

8. Remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 3 minutes before serving.

9. Garnish with parsley or extra cheese if desired.

Notes

You can substitute rotini or penne for egg noodles.

Add veggies like mushrooms or carrots for extra flavor and texture.

Leftovers keep well refrigerated for up to 4 days.

To reheat, add a splash of broth or milk to keep it creamy.
