A quick and comforting ground beef dinner ready in 30 minutes made in one skillet with simple ingredients.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion chopped
2 cloves garlic minced
1 cup tomato sauce
2 cups cooked rice or pasta
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
Optional toppings: shredded cheese, parsley
Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add chopped onion and cook for 2 minutes until softened.
3. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
4. Add ground beef and cook while breaking it apart until browned.
5. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
6. Stir in tomato sauce and mix well.
7. Add cooked rice or pasta and combine everything together.
8. Simmer for 5–8 minutes until heated through.
9. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
10. Serve hot with cheese or herbs if desired.
Notes
Use leftover rice or pasta to save time.
You can add vegetables like bell peppers or spinach.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
