Ingredients

1 lb chicken tenders or sliced chicken breasts

1/3 cup honey

1/3 cup Dijon mustard

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 cup panko or regular breadcrumbs

Olive oil spray

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.

2. In a bowl, mix honey, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

3. Dip each chicken tender into the honey mustard mixture to coat.

4. Dredge in breadcrumbs and place on baking sheet.

5. Lightly spray tops with olive oil.

6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and cooked through.

7. Serve hot with extra honey mustard or your favorite dip.

Notes

You can marinate the chicken in the honey mustard mixture for 15–30 minutes before coating for deeper flavor.

To make it spicier, add 1 tsp of hot sauce or 1/4 tsp cayenne to the sauce.

Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 4 days or frozen for 2 months.
