Description

Million Dollar Chicken Crockpot Pasta is creamy, cheesy, and easy to prep. A family favorite perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts

3 cups chicken broth

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

8 oz cream cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan (optional)

12 oz pasta (penne or shells), cooked separately

Instructions

1. Place chicken, broth, and seasonings into slow cooker. Cook on low for 4–5 hours.

2. Remove chicken, shred with forks, return to crockpot.

3. Add cream cheese, sour cream, and mozzarella. Stir and cook for 30–45 minutes more.

4. Meanwhile, cook pasta separately until al dente. Drain well.

5. Stir cooked pasta into cheesy chicken mixture.

6. Serve hot, topped with parsley or more cheese if desired.

Notes

Cook pasta separately to avoid mushy texture.

Use rotisserie chicken for a quicker version.

Reheat with a splash of milk to revive creaminess.
