Description
Mini Taco Ranch Bites with Ground Beef are crispy, cheesy, and packed with bold taco and ranch flavor. Perfect for parties or quick snacks.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
1 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup sour cream (optional)
12 small tortillas or biscuit dough
Cooking spray
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
3. Drain excess grease from the beef.
4. Add taco seasoning and water, then simmer for 3–5 minutes.
5. Mix in ranch seasoning and stir well.
6. Remove from heat and add shredded cheese and sour cream if desired.
7. Press tortillas or dough into a muffin tin to form cups.
8. Fill each cup with the beef mixture.
9. Bake for 10–15 minutes until golden and crispy.
10. Let cool slightly and serve warm.
Notes
Do not overfill the cups to prevent spilling.
Use freshly shredded cheese for better melting.
Reheat in oven for best texture.
