Description
A light and creamy No-Bake Angel Food Cake Icebox Dessert made with fluffy cake, whipped cream, pudding, and fresh fruit. Perfect for summer gatherings.
Ingredients
1 angel food cake, cut into cubes
1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups cold milk
1 container whipped topping
2 cups fresh strawberries sliced
1 cup blueberries
Optional: chocolate drizzle or crushed cookies
Instructions
1. Cut the angel food cake into small cubes.
2. Mix the pudding mix with cold milk until thick.
3. Fold the whipped topping gently into the pudding mixture.
4. Layer half of the angel food cake cubes in a baking dish.
5. Spread half of the cream mixture over the cake.
6. Add a layer of strawberries and blueberries.
7. Repeat layers with remaining cake, cream, and fruit.
8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
Chill overnight for best texture.
