Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni or thinly sliced potatoes

1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup chopped onion

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup or 1 cup beef broth

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a skillet, brown ground beef with onion and garlic until cooked through.

3. Drain excess fat. Stir in diced tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup (or broth), spices, and pasta or potatoes.

4. Transfer mixture to a greased casserole dish.

5. Top with shredded cheese. Cover with foil.

6. Bake for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake another 10–15 minutes until bubbly.

7. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

You can swap pasta for rice or zucchini slices for a low-carb version.

Add veggies like peas, corn, or bell peppers for extra nutrition.

Use ground turkey or plant-based crumbles for a variation.
