This One-Pan Smoked Sausage and Potatoes recipe is a quick, cozy dinner loaded with smoky sausage, crispy potatoes, and colorful veggies ready in under an hour.
Ingredients
1 lb smoked sausage (sliced)
1.5 lbs potatoes (cubed)
1 red bell pepper (sliced)
1 yellow bell pepper (sliced)
1 medium onion (sliced)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet.
2. Slice sausage and chop potatoes, peppers, and onion.
3. Toss everything with olive oil and spices in a large bowl.
4. Spread in a single layer on the baking sheet.
5. Bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Notes
