This One-Pot Beefaroni Recipe is cheesy, hearty, and ready in 30 minutes. A perfect one-pan comfort food meal for busy nights.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups elbow macaroni
2 cups beef broth
1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt (to taste)
1/4 tsp black pepper
1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
1. In a large pot, brown ground beef over medium heat.
2. Add diced onion and garlic, cook 2–3 minutes.
3. Stir in tomato sauce, beef broth, and seasoning.
4. Add macaroni, stir, cover, and simmer 12–15 mins.
5. Remove lid, stir in shredded cheese until melted.
6. Serve hot with extra cheese or herbs.
Notes
You can substitute ground beef with ground turkey or plant-based alternatives.
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
