Description
One-pot creamy garlic chicken is a rich, comforting meal made with seared chicken and a velvety garlic cream sauce all in one pan for easy cleanup.
Ingredients
2 chicken breasts or thighs (boneless, skinless)
3–4 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp butter or olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
1/2 tsp paprika
Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Optional: 1 cup baby spinach, mushrooms, or sun-dried tomatoes
Instructions
1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika on both sides.
2. Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Sear chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden, then remove from pan.
4. Add garlic to the pan and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
5. Pour in cream and simmer on low heat, stirring gently.
6. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
7. Return chicken to the pan and simmer 5–7 minutes until cooked through.
8. Optional: Stir in spinach or mushrooms at the end.
9. Garnish with parsley and serve hot with your favorite side.
Notes
Don’t boil the sauce keep heat low for the creamiest texture.
Use chicken thighs for extra juiciness.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
