Description
A warm and fluffy peanut butter protein pancake bowl packed with oats, banana, and your favorite protein powder perfect for breakfast or post-workout fuel.
Ingredients
1 ripe banana
1 egg (or flax egg)
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or peanut butter)
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Optional: banana slices, granola, dark chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Mash banana in a microwave-safe bowl.
2. Add egg, peanut butter, protein powder, oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and vanilla.
3. Mix until smooth.
4. Microwave for 90 seconds to 2 minutes.
5. Top with sliced banana, peanut butter, or granola.
Notes
Use certified gluten-free oats for gluten-free version.
Swap egg for flax egg to make it vegan.
Store dry mix separately for easy meal prep.
