Description
Philly Cheesesteak Sliders are juicy, cheesy, and easy to make with tender beef, melted cheese, and soft rolls.
Ingredients
1 lb thinly sliced beef
1 onion sliced
1 bell pepper sliced
6 slices provolone cheese
12 slider rolls
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Cook beef in skillet until browned
3. Remove beef and cook onions and peppers
4. Mix beef back in and season
5. Slice rolls and place bottom in baking dish
6. Add beef mixture and cheese
7. Cover with top buns and brush with butter garlic
8. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden
Notes
Use ribeye for best flavor
Slice beef thin for tenderness
Do not overcook meat
Let sliders rest before serving
