Ingredients
2 large eggs
1 slice high-protein bread
¼ cup cottage cheese
½ avocado
1 tbsp hemp seeds
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Toast the bread until golden.
2. Fry or poach the eggs to your liking.
3. Spread cottage cheese on the toast.
4. Add eggs, sliced avocado, and hemp seeds.
5. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Serve immediately.
Notes
Swap cottage cheese for Greek yogurt or hummus.
