Simple 5 Ingredient Beef and Cheese Bake is a quick and comforting casserole made with ground beef, pasta, cheese and sauce. Perfect for busy weeknight dinners.
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
2 cups cooked pasta
1 cup pasta sauce
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cook ground beef in skillet until browned and drain excess fat.
3. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
4. Mix pasta, cooked beef and pasta sauce in a bowl.
5. Transfer mixture to greased baking dish.
6. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the top.
7. Bake for 20–25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
8. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
You can substitute mozzarella or mixed cheese.
Add vegetables like bell peppers or onions for extra flavor.
Store leftovers in refrigerator up to 4 days.
