Simple Buffalo Chicken Wraps are quick, spicy, and perfect for busy days. Wrapped in soft tortillas with cool veggies and creamy dressing, they’re everything you love about buffalo wings in a handheld meal.
Ingredients
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1/4 cup buffalo sauce
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
1/4 cup shredded cheddar or blue cheese (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Warm tortillas for 10 seconds in microwave or skillet.
2. In a bowl, toss cooked chicken with buffalo sauce.
3. Lay tortilla flat. Add lettuce, carrots, buffalo chicken, and cheese in the center.
4. Drizzle with dressing. Fold sides in and roll tightly.
5. Slice in half and serve immediately or wrap for later.
Notes
You can prep the filling ahead and store separately.
Use Greek yogurt dressing for a lighter option.
