Slow Cooker BBQ Pulled Chicken is a simple, juicy, and flavorful dish perfect for busy weeknights and meal prep.
Ingredients
2 lbs chicken breasts
1 cup BBQ sauce
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 small onion chopped
3 cloves garlic minced
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Place chicken in slow cooker
2. Season with salt pepper and paprika
3. Add onion and garlic
4. Pour BBQ sauce and broth over chicken
5. Cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours
6. Shred chicken with forks
7. Mix well with sauce and serve
Notes
Use thighs for juicier texture
Add extra BBQ sauce when reheating
