Ingredients
3-4 lb chuck roast
1 jar pepperoncini peppers
1 cup beef broth
1/2 cup pepperoncini juice
4 tbsp butter
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Place chuck roast in slow cooker
2. Add pepperoncini peppers and juice
3. Pour in beef broth and seasonings
4. Top with butter
5. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours
6. Shred beef and mix with juices
7. Serve hot
