Ingredients
12 large mushrooms
1 cup chopped spinach
1 cup chopped artichoke hearts
4 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
1/4 cup grated parmesan
2 cloves garlic minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F
2. Clean mushrooms and remove stems
3. Mix spinach artichokes cream cheese and garlic
4. Fill mushroom caps with mixture
5. Top with cheese
6. Bake for 20 minutes until golden
7. Let cool slightly and serve
Notes
Remove excess moisture from spinach
Do not overfill mushrooms
Serve warm for best flavor
