Ingredients
2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups whipped topping
1 pound cake or angel food cake, cubed
Instructions
1. Slice strawberries and mix with a little sugar
2. Beat cream cheese until smooth
3. Add sugar and vanilla, then mix well
4. Fold in whipped topping gently
5. Layer cake, strawberries, and cream mixture
6. Repeat layers and chill for 1 hour before serving
