Description

A creamy layered Strawberry White Chocolate Trifle made with soft cake, fresh strawberries, and silky white chocolate cream.


Ingredients

3 cups fresh strawberries sliced

2 cups whipped cream

1 cup white chocolate melted

1 angel food cake cut into cubes

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons sugar optional


Instructions

1. Wash and slice the strawberries evenly.

2. Cut the angel food cake into small cubes.

3. Melt the white chocolate gently and let it cool slightly.

4. Whip the cream with vanilla until soft peaks form, then fold in the melted white chocolate.

5. Place a layer of cake cubes in the bottom of a trifle bowl.

6. Add a layer of sliced strawberries.

7. Spread a layer of white chocolate cream.

8. Repeat layers until the bowl is full.

9. Finish with whipped cream and fresh strawberries on top.

10. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Use fresh ripe strawberries for best flavor.

Allow the trifle to chill before serving so the layers set properly.

You can substitute sponge cake for angel food cake if preferred.
