Description

A quick and flavorful ground beef stir fry packed with colorful vegetables and ready in just 20 minutes perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup broccoli florets

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1/2 cup shredded carrots

1/2 cup snap peas

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp fresh ginger, minced

1/4 cup soy sauce

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 tbsp brown sugar

1 tsp rice vinegar

1 tsp cornstarch

Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish


Instructions

1. Heat skillet and brown the ground beef over medium-high heat.

2. Add garlic and ginger, stir for 30 seconds.

3. Toss in vegetables and cook until just tender.

4. Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, vinegar, and cornstarch in a small bowl.

5. Pour sauce over beef and veggies; stir until thickened.

6. Remove from heat, garnish, and serve.

Notes

Use whatever vegetables you have on hand.

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.

Add red pepper flakes or sriracha for heat.
