Ingredients
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream or half-and-half
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: spinach, parmesan, parsley
Instructions
1. Heat skillet with olive oil and butter over medium-high heat.
2. Season chicken and sear both sides until golden and cooked through, about 8–10 minutes total. Set aside.
3. Lower heat. Sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
4. Add chicken broth and simmer, scraping the bottom to deglaze.
5. Stir in cream. Simmer 3–5 minutes to thicken.
6. Return chicken to pan. Simmer 3–4 minutes more.
7. Add optional ingredients like spinach or parmesan. Stir to combine and serve.
Notes
Don’t overcook the garlic—it should stay light golden for best flavor.
Use coconut cream for dairy-free version.
