Ingredients
4 salmon fillets
3 tablespoons honey
4 garlic cloves minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 cups broccoli florets
1 cup sliced carrots
1 zucchini sliced
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Pat salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.
3. Whisk honey, garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, and lemon juice in a bowl.
4. Brush the sauce generously over salmon fillets.
5. Place salmon in a parchment-lined baking dish.
6. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until flaky.
7. Steam broccoli, carrots, and zucchini until tender-crisp.
8. Serve salmon with vegetables and garnish with parsley.
