Ingredients

1 pound lean ground turkey

4 cups broccoli florets

3 garlic cloves minced

1 tablespoon fresh ginger grated

3 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 green onions sliced

1 teaspoon cornstarch

2 tablespoons water

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add ground turkey and cook until browned.

3. Stir in garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute.

4. Add broccoli florets and stir fry for 4 to 5 minutes.

5. Whisk soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, water, and sesame oil together.

6. Pour sauce into skillet and stir well.

7. Cook until sauce thickens slightly.

8. Top with green onions and serve warm.

Notes

Do not overcook broccoli for best texture.

Use low sodium soy sauce if preferred.
