Description
Parmesan Crusted Potato Bites are crispy, cheesy, and easy to make. Perfect as a snack, appetizer, or side dish with a golden crunchy crust and soft inside.
Ingredients
1.5 lbs baby potatoes
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F
2. Wash and cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces
3. Pat potatoes completely dry
4. Toss with olive oil until evenly coated
5. Add Parmesan and seasonings, mix well
6. Spread on baking sheet in a single layer
7. Bake for 25–30 minutes
8. Flip halfway through cooking
9. Remove and let rest for 5 minutes before serving
Notes
Use freshly grated Parmesan for best crispiness
Do not overcrowd the baking tray
Reheat in oven or air fryer for best texture
