Ingredients
2 salmon fillets
1 cup brown rice
2 cups water
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1 cup broccoli florets
1 carrot, sliced
1/2 cucumber, sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, grated
Sesame seeds for garnish
Green onions for garnish
Instructions
1. Cook brown rice according to package instructions
2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat
3. Add salmon and cook for 4-5 minutes per side
4. Pour teriyaki sauce over salmon and simmer briefly
5. Steam or sauté vegetables until tender-crisp
6. Assemble bowl with rice, salmon, and vegetables
